i turned my thomson lyra jukebox pdp284ou 20gb off and now it wont turn back on. however i can hear it working inside and resseting it doesnt work. help

hi. i switched off my zen stone. now when i turn it on it gives me a green blink for a second and then 3 red blink. it then tuns off. it is fully charged.
