I cant use my webcam. . i want to install webcam for my laptop. . .

Look for the webcam software that came with the computer.
There will be a program package that will allow you to use
your webcam. Click the start button and look at your programs
to try and find it..

1st You download Webcam Driver.

After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

you must be having a cd for the webcam when you bought the laptop, that cd contains the software required for the webcam and the driver so install the software from the cd as the webcam is a hardware and a hardware cant perform without a software or a driver.

What is your laptop's brand and model number?
You probably don't have the right drivers installed or not installed at all. Google laptop model number and check out your manufacturers website for drivers and support.

what is the brand and model of your webcam? maybe on the cd installer is the problem or on your optical drive>.. try to copy the installer first to the flashdrive then install the driver using usb flashdrive. if not install again>>> check the device manager if the webcam is already detect>>> if it is detected>>> try to update the driver>>>

First, you will need to check if the Webcam driver and software is installed.
if yes: then you can use the installed software to display the webcam locally or use an IM software like MSN or Skype... to share your webcam with your friends.
if no: you will need to visit packard bell website and based on your model you will find the webcam drivers and software to install. i would give you the direct link to download it but you didn't specify your Laptop model :(
