KitchenAid ksss42dwx02 refrigerator side not cooling

I have a KSRB27FHSS01 model side by side and the refrigerator side is not cooling properly.
The freezer is cold, the vents are not blocked and there is air movement and fan noise in the freezer upper portion..
However there does not appear to be air movement in the top back when I check the reefer side with the light switch "off".
Could the damper be blocked? Is there a 2nd fan that should be working on this side? How can I fix either issue?
The lower portion of the reefer seems to be cool enough, but the upper portion is definately not cold.
    thanks

YOU NEED TO CHECK IF THE COOLING CONDENSOR IN THE FREEZER COMPARTMENT IS NOT CLOGED UP WITH ICE IF THAT IS SO YOU NEED TO CHECK THE HEATER ELEMENTS AND CLICKSONS ARE OK.IF THERE IS NO IS MAKE SURE THE FAN IS ROTATING FREELY AND EFFECTIVLY.ALSO MAKE SURE THE VENT IN THE FREEZER AND FRIDGE COMPARTMENTS ARE NOT BLOCKED.GOOD LUCK.MOHAMED

Hi, I have a KitchenAid KSRB25FKSS02 and our refrigerator is not cooling and it is already set to the coldest setting, but our freezer is working just fine.

This is a fairly common problem and is likely caused by the failure of a concealed fan that is responsible for distributing cooled air from the freezer section to the refrigerator side.
SearsDirect parts department has full information on your KitchenAid fridge at the link below:
KSRB25FKSS02
The fan I suspect is shown here:
Distribution parts
Looking at the various pages should give you an idea if you consider this a DIY task or call a pro.

Kitchenaid Superba Side by side, refrigerator side not cooling

Assuming that your fridge is set at max thermostat setting, and still it cools to 8 degrees only. It only mean
one thing, and that is have your refrigerant level check,
and have it loaded. E-mail to us your comments.
