The Error Code SC542 or Sc546 could be a caused by a few reasons. There is a temperature problem with the fuser unit, the roller thermistor is bad, or the BCU Board is bad.

To clear the code:
Hit the yellow "Clear Modes" key
Press 107 on the number pad
Press and hold the "Clear Stop" for 10 seconds until you get a new screen ...
Press the "Copy SP" Button on the display
Open the front door
Turn front left power switch off and on
Shut the door
The error code is now cleared.

To Enter and Exit the SP Mode
1. Press yellow "Clear Modes" key .
2. On the operation panel keypad, press 107 number
3. Hold down red "Clear" key more than 10 seconds.
The Copy SP is displayed.
4. Press "Copy SP" and go to the code SP5810, press "Execute"
5. To exit the SP mode, just press Exit in the upper right corner of the SP mode
screen. Power switch off and on and the error code is now cleared.

Error E005 means the fuser cleaner roller has run out & may need a replacement. If the error is false it will disappear by following the reset procedure. To clear this error code press * 2 and 8 * in that 2&8 are pressed simultaneously. Go to the web counter and clear the counter back to Zero (0). Machine will now restart your machine & error code will disappear. If this doesn't help then try clearing both web counters in service mode, COUNTER>MISC>FIX-WEB> and COUNTER>DRBL-1>FIX-WEB> perform a Error Clear in service mode FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR>. This is a fuser overheating problem. I'd try to clean the thermistors and make sure they are touching the hot roller then use SP810 to reset the code. (clear modes, 1,0,7,hold down the clear stop key, enter COPIER SP mode,then go to SP810 and hit execute.

The code error is:

E003: After the temperature of the upper fixing roller has reached 180C, it drops to 100C or less for 5 sec or more.

yours machine problems is heater section is very hard rotate so you are clean the top roller and bottom rollers by using thinner or kerosine

This can happen due to a power outage.

Here is how you fix it.

1. Hit clear, then auto. (clear is on the right the red C, auto is on the far left)

At this point wait for the screen to go dark.

3. Type in 14 (hit the 10 once an the 1 button 4 times)
4. Hit the Green Button.

The screen will go dark and reset the copier.
