Is the toner fused to the paper, or 'loose', and can be rubbed of easily. Are there 'flakes' of toner, that may or may not be loose?

If the toner is fused, the cartridges are likely to be leaking toner - especially if they are remanufactured - not easy to get right, and even more difficult to get right if 'home refilled'.
Solution to this is replace cartridges, or if these are new return them to supplier as faulty.

If there are 'flakes', it is likely to be the fuser that is contaminated with toner that has ot fused to previous pages - usually as a result of using the wrong type of media, or setting the wrong paper type when printing on thick media.

Fuser can be cleaned, or in extreme cases replaced.

make sure the all colour are one brand. if yes, change the rad one,

but I m sure that is not solid ink liquid with "paper" and other ink,
sometime the kind of paper can be influential,

My R1900 is over 1 year old. Profiles are set for Epson glossy and matte paper. Epson ink is used. Colors are now very green when printing to glossy or matte paper. However, if I use the plain paper...

The difference in choosing the paper type will have an impact on how head squirts ink onto the media. For Epson printers, the best choice to fit the color is plain paper. However, to the maximum dpi (best photo or photo rpm), plain paper does not support. This can be overcome by adjusting the color management of the program that we use.Or convert to bitmap all objects (such as Corel Draw), or also in print as bitmap option.

My kodak printer says there is a paper jam but there is no paper in it, also i bought new ink andit is not printing black

Get a syringe, remove the needle, remove the ink cartridge and use the syringe to blow air GENTLY through the hole the cartridge connects to. Make sure you have a cleaning cloth to remove ink dislodged from pipe connected at the print head, do this gently to remove any obstruction and there should not be too much mess and can easily be cleaned up. THIS WAS FOR YOUR BLACK INK NOT PRINTING.

Ink cartridges will not slide due to leaking ink underthe printer

Sorry to hear about the mess. Let's start with the clean up of the ink. Use a dry cloth or paper towel to wipe up the ink that has spilled out of the cartridge. Wipe gently so you don't do any damage to the internal components of your printer. The ink will likely color the inside of your printer - That's okay. Just make sure you get anything that puddles. It should not look wet.

On to the non-moving cartridge carrier. The standard fix for this is to do a hard reset on the printer. Follow these steps.

1. Unplug the power cord and remove the paper from the paper tray.
2. Move the carriage all the way to the right, close the lid and reconnect the power cord.
3. The printer will make some noise as it starts back up. Wait until it stops making noise.
4. Open the printer lid. The carriage should return to its normal position.
5. Try printing again.

If this does not work, then damage has been done to the internal components. You will need to get the printer serviced by a repair person.

Canon n1000 - black ink coming out of bottom of printer, not sure what is broken. it is still printing

Did you purchase a remanufactured ink cartridge? I think you should clean it out as soon as possible and well as you can. UNPLUG IT BEFORE YOU GO IN AND CLEAN IT...Damp clothes should remove most of it also make sure to clean the paper rollers as best you can. I would return the cartridge to where ever you purchased it, reman, or new...
It is a mess, I have been there.
Hope this help...

HP L7680 Print Problem

In this case what i would request u to do is.......
Take out both the catridges from the Printer.........
Take 2 Paper Towels one should be wet with Luke warm water and the other one should be dry...........
Take the Colour catridge first turn it upside down and u will see a small copper plate on the catridge from where the ink comes out.......
Place the wet paper towel using ur thumb on the Copper plate and press it a lit bit for 10 Seconds......
Now remove it and see whether u see any ink on the paper towel..........
U should see some ink on it now place the dry paper towel on the ink catridge in the same way........
Now do the same procedure again..........
Do the same procedure twice on the Black Catridge.................
Now take the dry paper towel and turn the direction of the cartridge so that u can see a Copper plate on it with small boxes just clean that copper plate with the Dry Paper Towel..........
Know insert both the catridges inside the Printer..
Good Luck

Ink smears on the paper

It could be the paper is not absorbing the ink properly. Try changing the paper/quality setting in printer properties.

Not printing

So by that you know for sure that the ink is not coming out of the zet where is sopost too. I would remove the ink container ,clean the opening, over the sink with alcohol, make sure it was open as the first attempt at the problem, or buy another cartage,if that is to much of a mess?.

Hasn't been used for a while. now printing nothing. dried up ink? help!

take the ink cartridges out, shake it a little bit, get a paper towel and clean the heads of the ink cart (clean where the ink comes out), expect a little mess,

use a drop of alochol, and a q-tip, inside the printer where the ink cartridges insert, you will see where it makes contact, helps to clean that as well.

make sure everything isdry before you put back in printer, and a blast of air through the printer while you have the ink cartridges out helps to.

Once you have done all this.
Open the Printer Driver from the printers and faxes folder in the control panel, open the properties in there you will see an option to clean and align printer. do this until until it prints.

The best thing to do is clean the printer and buy new print cartridges.
