Question about Lexmark X1240 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have done everything I know to do and I still get the message printing failed when starting the document. Can you help?
unplug the printer from the computer, then delete it from printers and faxes, then try to uninstall EVERYTHING that has anything to do with your printer. once you've done that go to your program files and delete the folders that would have anything to do with your model printer (canon folder/epson foler etc etc) after youve restarted, while the printer is still unplugged, install the driver, then restart your computer, once youve restarted go ahead and plug in the printer to the computer. if you still have trouble after that please give me specific error numbers if any.
