You need to know which version of WN321G you have, either version 1,2,3 or 4.

There are 3 versions for your product(TP-LINK TL-WN353GD, Important***select the correct firmware version to update. Then download the latest drivers(Setup Utility) & and install the drivers for your adapter from the TP Link site.
