Hello there,
First of all, you wont be able to transfer your contacts from your nokia ovi to the doro 410 using the bluetooth. But you can transfer the contacts from the nokia phone to the doro 410 by using the computer.
To do so, you will have to copy the contacts from the nokia phone to the computer using the nokia PC suite. Then you copy the contacts to a notepad, then from the notepad you can move the contacts to the doro 410 by connecting it to the computer using the USB cable.
Hope this information was helpful to you.
Goodluck

Welcome to Fixya
Standard procedure when transferring contacts to another phone via bluetooth is, go to the to the phone's contact list and and press options. If the phone has bluetooth capability, it will display there "send VIA Bluetooth" as options. Select that option and make sure that the blutetooth of the recipient phone is enable. Once the main phone have searched the new phone, just press send and then acknowledge the business card on the new phone.
Thank you for using Fixya!

the nokia business card version might be different from the DORO version. Try to test you nokia with other nokia phone and see if you can send business card with other nokia phones. If your nokia can send business card with nokia phone then the business card that you are sending with the DORO phone is not compatible. There two version of business card: 2.1 and 3.0. This depends on the software of the phone.
