Question about Microsoft Computers & Internet
I AM TRYING TO DELETE TROJAN.MIDGARE.GRA,TROJANDOWNLOADER.AGENT.QWY.BUT AFTER SCANNING WITH QUICK HEAL ANTIVIRUS IT STILL SAYS THERE ARE VIRUS BUT IT IS NOT DELETING ALSO AFTER SCANNING SO MANY TIMES.PLEASE OFFER PERMANENT SOLUTION TO ME
If your anti virus software was unable to delete then probably you have to reinstall the operating system.
You can try with another antivirus like avast and kaspersky.
I hope they would be able to delete.
Or you can just reformat your computer.

you need to press F8 while the pc is booting for a startup in safe mode, then when in safe mode select start windows in safe mode, go to my computer, properties>system restore tab and turn off system restore and then run the scan again as these trojans cannot be deleted when the pc is in normal use.
If your antivirus finds them but cannot heal, make a note of the file that has the trojan and then search for the file and delete it manually.
Ensure after the trojans are deleted that you tuirn system restore back on
