Problem for Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-F55 Digital Camera
No Image on display screen
when i turn on my camera i see all the display images,and after this cycle is complete i attempt to take a photo but there is no image on the display screen...i am at a loss to explain this can anyone help me ?,i have tried all the various suggestions in the uses manual,but nothing works.

- I have the identical problem but I have already checked the lens cover and tried several shooting modes. The screen is not"black" as though it were turned off. I can turn it off and the screen does go black. I think that the image sensor may be dead. Any ideas?- PhotodudSolution #1

Does the play back show any of the pictures you have taken before? are you sure the little lens cover is opening? there is a shield that closes down to keep the lens protected from debris and finger prints. Sometimes they can get jammed and not open. Tap on the front of the lens see if it opens.
