Question about Televison & Video

I have an LCD TV and all of a sudden one day when we were watching it it just all of a sudden just turned off an lost all power. the TV was the only thing that turned off. And now will no longer power back on and doesn't get any power at all. I took the back off and tried replacing the fuse and as soon as I plugged it in the fuse blew right away. any ideas what is might be?

On these plasmas it is way easier to replace the power board then to diagnose and try to find parts, go to shopjimmy.com they will have your board for cheap, and its easy to replace. you should also alway post your model # and type of tv

Ur convergence is dying or well be dead.3D pics or shutdown.U must know how to solders? The parts in convergence board must change like ICS,and all it resistors.The websites Tv Repair World.com,Tvrepairkits.com for the convergence kit.The shop will cost u $300 for parts and labors.

It sounds like the TV has some type of short in the power or high voltage circuits.
I would recommend that you call a factory authorized service company to come to your home and give you an estimate.

would require some troubleshooting, common problems would be convergence amp ic and high volt transformer transistors
