If you find were your printers are installed then you should be able to open up all of the options like run test page etc and on there it should have install new cartridge or something like that wen you get to that option install the cartridge and it should ay press ok (on the printer) wen the new cartridge is installed if you do press ok it should reconize that there is a new cartridge installed, if it doesnt then check that the cartridge is fitted in properly

Just put new color cartridges in and tested print and it showed all color bars however when i ask it to print it does not print out anything in black

You didn't say what brand/model of printer you are using, but a lot of printers nowadays have a color cartridge(s) and a separate black cartridge. Perhaps the black cartridge needs to be replaced, too?

My printer is not printing anything orange, it comes out pink. Just put in new cartridges.

It sounds like your yellow is not printing correctly (probably a clogged nozzle). If your printer has separate cartridges, replace the yellow. If you are using aftermarket cartridges, you should try using OEM cartridges since they are spec'd to the printer. If you are usng aftermarket or reloaded cartridges, the ink may not be up to specs. In any case the yellow ink cartridge needs to be replaced. Make sure to run a deep cleaning and alignment after replacing the cartridge.

Only prints in yellow color

The printer must be able print all colors in order to execute the alignment. Part of the alignment process involves scanning printed colored (all colors including yellow) bars. See the web page below for a sample of the printout. I suggest that you clean the carriage and cartridge electrical contacts with a cotton swab moistened with water. If you still fail to get yellow, test the cartridge in another printer. ping me for the make of printer, anyways if it an HP series refer to the website below

Printer has full compatable cartridges but says all need replacing. Recently changed magental cartridge and printed one doc and then this happened.

check the reader connection where the printer reads the cartridge . Ink sometime spills on theis surface causing misreads by the printer , clean it with either a diaper wipe or some alcol wipe GENTLY on the connector/and cartridge connector and reinstall the cartridges.

Let the ink settle in the cartridge for awhile. Make sure no ink is on the outside of the cartridge which adversely effects the signal to the printer.

Printing

You need to run the printer through the cleaning cycle. What type of printer are you using? There may also be a required step that needs to be done in order for the printer to recognize the new cartridge.

The solution center shows a question mark on both ink cartrages, and says no comutaion with the printer.

Take the cartridges off and check the connections. Make sure that there is no dust or debris on the contacts. Also take some Alcohol on a swab and clean both areas with it. I would recommend a clean swab for each contact so you do not cross contaminate the leads. When you put the cartridges back in make sure that they seat all the way. I know that there are some cases where the cartrages look like they are seated properly but not.

Have set up my lexmark z845 put new cartrides in and while installin printer its saying unsupported cartridges

it is really in need that if you replace cartridges of printer is the same of what is originally installed because the terminals of printer might not in contacts with the cartridge. but if the terminals are in fit and are in the same patterns then try to update drivers to lexmark website if have some available drivers update for enhancement. or you really have to replace it with the same as originally installed.
