I have a 96 Pontiac Grand Prix..., & The Left Turn signal isn't working... in the front or the back.., also sometimes it blinks slowly or doesn't blink at all on the right side, I already Replaced the Relay & the Fuse in the dash by the passenger door looks fine.., also in front there are about 4 bulbs that aren't lighting up in the center headlights, IDK if that's the brights or what..., it seems strange to me that that many bulbs would all be burnt out at the same time..., So Is there a Fuse Box I'm missing somewhere..., & On a Separate note my Front Driver side power window wont roll down..., thinking maybe that's a switch because the others work ok..

More than likely it's not all the bulbs that are burnt out. Your head lights work like a relay if one bulb is bad then none of them work. Try looking for the bad bulb (this will require you to pull the head light assembly a part to look at the bulbs) what you are looking for is blackening around the clear part of the bulb, also if you pull the bulb out of the socket and give it a bit of a shake does it make a rattling sound? If so then it's bad.
In regards to your left turn signal have you replaced the bulbs or check to see if they are burnt out as well? The also operate as a relay and will not work if one is burnt out.
You may be right about it being a switch. If you have the time, take the door panel off which can sometimes be a pain, **** worth it. Check to make sure the wires are still connected properly. If they are then i would look in and around the window tract to see if there is anything that could be impeding the window from going down. Other wise it could be a bad button system and just the drivers side button is shot. You may have to replace that. Hope this helps. Good luck.

2005 Pontiac Grand Prix GT. All blinkers work but the front driver side

You have a body control module problem, more then likely . The BCM turns the turn signal on an off. Have a scan tool hooked up (a profesional grade scan tool ) One that can read codes in the BCM.

Turn Signal Lamps
The STOP/TURN/HAZARD fuse in the instrument panel (I/P) fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to the body control module (BCM) for the turn signal lamps. When the turn switch is placed in the LEFT TURN or RIGHT TURN position, ground is applied from G202 through the turn switch, to the turn signal switch signal circuit and to the BCM. The BCM then applies battery positive voltage to front and rear turn signal lamps supply voltage circuits. The left front turn signal lamp is grounded at G100, right front at G101, left rear at G301 and the right rear is at G302.

Hey I literally just today had the same problem, put a new bulb in the light was on but did not blink!!!! SUPER EASY SOLUTION, you simply have the bulb in too far. I gently pulled mine out a tiny bit and it started working fine... guarantee that's all that's happening to you!!!

I was wondering is there a way to put a v8 caddy motor in a 96 pontiac grand prix se 2 door coup. The motor in my grand prix is a 3100 v6

I would get another 3100 because there is noway you want to try swapping them. It won't work. A used 3100 isn't that high any more.

The left turn signal works intermittently and when it does blink it blinks twice as fast as the other one.

Check all the bulbs in the faulty side (front and rear), one of them must be the wrong type for application. Different blinking speed is the way of the system to tell you that something is not right. It only stops blinking if the bulb is burned out. I have seen that the most common problem is in the rear lights, using a stop light bulb ( two contacts) in the turn signal socket.
