Conversion problem

change the two large ICs on the left side main board. skt-392-560

Has it been moved latley? is there any auto align mode? i know the lenses can bounce inside there during a move and it can throw off the focus. If there is no kind of auto align it may need serviced. Usualy they have to come out and realign it using special tools. The tools display a cross on the screen in each color and they adjust the throw of the guns that refocus all the colors to the center till it becomes one solid color.

The panel drops down from the fron and you adjust the pots with a plastic tool that realigns the guns. There may be a mode in the settings to display the image you use for the alignment. This is a common thing and i think they recomend it be setup at the home and not moved after its setup.

hi, i have the same problem and my tv service told me nothing was wrong

Fault is convergence needs attention can be ajusted via remote control, if will not ajust then component failed on main PCB, need circuit diagram to locate faulty part and understanding of electronics.

the guy was just out at my house and made the tv display a white line graph and brought all the colors to one spot then tried to save it and it wouldnt he said the parts arent aval and it would cost a mint to rebuild. how did he get the graph up
