one of your speakers is blown and shorting out your deck. disconnect one sspeaker at a time and when it starts working fine you know that's the blown one.

There are two 3/8 inch wide black trim pieces on either side of the radio - look at the sides of the radio and you'll see them. Carefully pry them off and you will see the holes.
