Sounds to me that your=> 241708306 Dispenser Control Board has a broken connection and causing more that one function to happen at one time. I would also check all plug connectors where they run most times behind the kick plate at base of refrigerator. A very little water on that plug will cause problems like this also. There is a short circuit or two circuits wanting to work at the same time. I can answer more questions HERE or on Fixya, Thanks, Sea Breeze

Why is water not going to ice maker

Check the hose to the ice maker and make sure its not plugged and then check the switch from the ice maker to make sure power is activating the solenoid that turns on the water. If solenoid is good then your ice marker is bad

No water to water dispenser or Ice machine

Are you sure the water (solenoid) valves are actually working? You should hear a distinct 'click' when they're activated. If you remove the outlet tube from the water dispenser valve, does it pass water when activated? Have you checked that the solenoids are actually getting voltage on demand?

No water to ice maker. I want to check the water solenoid to see if it is getting power. I don't have a diagram. is it a 120 volt solenoid? and when does it get the signal to open and allow water into the...

The water control valve gets its signal from the ice maker itself. Then begins the cycle of about six different functions until the ice ejector forks go to the position you see most (home) Then it tells the water control valve to open for about seven (7.5) seconds. You may test the true voltage from the female connection with a OHM meter set to AC voltage. Just have someone press the dispense water control. You can also check each sides coil windings for resistance or OHM's and they should be the same or very close to the same. Use care in the area of the coils and make sure the wires are not wet. One of the two wires for each side may be active even without pressing dispense or having ice maker call for water. Another thing I noticed is that you have two sets of water control valves. The problem is about as much with the Primary Water Control

The outside door water does not work

Can I assume the ice and water are activated by two different switches? The ice switch activates the motor that dispenses ice. The water switch activates a solenoid that opens to dispense water. If you can, find the solenoid and make sure it's not stuck closed (tapping it with a screwdriver handles usually help persuade it a bit). I would tap the solenoid while pushing the water button. Listen for the solenoid to activate. If you can't activate the solenoid, find the switch and depress it with a small screwdriver. Usually, these switches are just simple little microswitches that need a little cleaning and coaxing

Water dispenser on front of refrigerator door does not dispense water. Ice Cube maker continues to make ice cubes. Defrosting doesn't fix problem.

Water dispensing solenoid is bad. You need to replace the solenoid valve. This typically is independent of the ice maker.

Ice Maker

There is a switch inside t he icemaker that activates the water valve. Test for voltage at the valve when the ice maker is cycling. Or if it is easier , apply 110 volts to the two terminals on the valve. If it won't work replace it. It is uaually less than $20. (Most people never take it apart. ) If there is a drinking water dispenser, this will be a double valve and have two sets of terminals.

Frigidaire signaling water dispenser instead of ice maker

Sounds like the water solinoid valves are wired wrong. One activates The water dispenser. The other the ice maker. That, why every so often the water shoots out on the floor. The ice maker is telling the valve to open.
