Micro innovations webcam ic50c problems

i downloaded the driver online for this webcam and it said it was installed
but it still won't work. i keep getting a window that pops up saying
there's a problem with Win32 or whatever when i turn the computer on. so i
uninstalled the driver and tried again. it keeps making this
beep,beep,beep, noise whenever i plug it into the usb port. what's up with
that? i got the driver from DriversGuide.com
Need driver for IC50C webcam: original driver cd had blemish/scratch; cd wouldn't load.
