Question about Philips DVD & Blu-Ray Players

1 Answer

To Whom It May Concern, In last july, we have bought 2 Philips DVD Micro Theater systems at Sharper Image. One works beautifully and we just love it! Since the first time we turned it on, the other system doesn't amplify sound; at maximum volume, we hardly ear a very weak sound coming out of it. A trip to Quebec, Canada didn't allow us to give to that problem an appropriate follow up at that time. We live in Hallandale Beach, Florida, just before North Miami. Where and how can we have this system fixed under warranty? Thank you in advance for the precious information and have a nice day! Home theater

Here is a link for your manual. It will be faster than telling you how to hook it up. Don't be mislead by first numbers you see in the left corner. Should be the correct manual for your home theater system. http://www.p4c.philips.com/files/d/dfr150017/dfr150017_dfu_aen.pdf

DVD player cannot read any DVDs. Says "Region Error"

I Just started getting this same error. All the way down to the "Philips" logo. I wrote to Yamaha to report the problem and all they would (or could) tell me was to take it to any authorized Yamaha repair center (Best Buy). I sure would like to know if you got any resolution to your question in Mar. If not, what did you do?
