how i can obtain the lan driver for windows xp sp2 based Compaq PresarioSG3053IL Desktop Machine

According to Compaq your machine was supplied with Vista and so they only list the Vista drivers on their site, however they state that your LAN card is a Realtek RTL. If I were you I would try the XP driver from Realtek.
