I have set up a page of Labels to print. But the printer ( Konica Minolta C250/C250P PCL ) gives an error when I try to print. Are there maybe certain settings needed to be set on the printer to allow label Printing. I tried setting the paper size to A4 but the printer reads it as K16.
Thanks for your solution. I have tried using the bypass tray, and also changing the paper type settings. It still does not work though.
Any further idea's you may have, will be hreatly appreciated.

The printer is setting the size from the position of the tray guides.
If it is reading it as K16 then that is the closest size to the paper you have loaded. The device will oook at the tray and then set it to the closest match this is the function of the Auto size feature.
Try measuring the paper and entering it as a custom size instead. Mimic the setting through the driver of course.
Run it through the bypass tray and be sure to specify the stock type/weight for proper printing.

Does the demo page do the same? Mite have image control board failure. And electrical storms on a good surge protector not a Ace hardware 19.99 special, of course nothing against Ace Hardware :). Could also be a High Voltage board failure. Meter count page OK print out.
Its not in the copier. Its on whatever program your printing from. Try playing with the settings. Don't forget, you can use regular paper until you figure out your correct orientations.
Hi Alan, Please ensure that the printer driver is set correctly. Go to your Printer & Faxes menu, right click the C250, click printing preferences, click the Quality tab and make sure Colour is selected. Apply the changes and bingo! The above assumes you are using Windows and a PCL driver. Hope it helps
