Hi i would like to give me my IMEI Nunmber :357056/05/891254/5 so you would give me my security code cause i forgot it

No one could guess, or generate your security code. Not even when you give all the numbers you have listed about your phone.
The imei is just an unique code for every cell phone. Together with the SIM card the provider can verify who is calling and can add the costs to your account.
When your SIM is locked, doe as follows:
Look for the PUK code and use that.
When you dont have the PUK (lost it) ask your provider if he has one. If not ask for a new SIM and ask him to put your number on the new SIM. With the new SIM comes a new (initial) pin code and a new PUK (keep that one safe)
Next time, please add more details about brand, model and OS of the phone and give the exact error message you get. Thanks.

How to resart in starting if put new sim in my mobile it asking security code how im restart my mobile

If it is a used phone and it was never wiped. Then the old security code is active. Changing the sim does not change the security code of the device. If it is asking for a sim security code, then the sim card is locked and you must have the code or the sim is just a piece of plastic. Did the service provider put a code on the sim and forgot to tell you.?..Take the sim back and ask for another without the security code on it. Sims can be coded so that if they are stolen they cannot be used in another device.

Rhow can i break security code if i had forgot it

You don't state a make and model, nor the network, contract type and country you're in so answering is difficult, but I can give you a general answer which might help.

Security codes aren't much good if you can just ask on a public website how to bypass or crack them. If this was possible, they'd be unsecurity codes.

If you had a PIN set on your phone and you've forgotten it you need to contact your network service provider to request a PUK code; this is easy to obtain if you have a contract or a registered pay as you go phone and virtually impossible to obtain otherwise as it's an important anti-theft security measure. The PIN protects the SIM only, so you can insert a different SIM as long as the phone is unlocked to all networks (if not then the new SIM must be from the same network) and as long as the phone hasn't been network barred such as may happen if the phone has been reported lost/stolen. After entering the PUK code you'll usually be prompted to set a new PIN. If you end up having to replace the SIM then you lose all the data on the locked SIM including use of the original phone number.

Hope this has been of assistance, if not then please add the details you left out and I or another Expert might be able to provide additional assistance.
