The E18 error happens on Canon cameras usually when the lens is jammed when extending.
The error is so (in)famous that it has it own website where you can find help and advice on how to fix it. You can view the site by clicking the link underlined in blue below:

See your manual, page 54 and 55, 64, and also page 70 here. Would suggest trying indoor and portrait mode first (page 54 and 55), with the flash set to ON always (page 64). If your not satisfied with the results, try Program auto-exposure mode, and adjusting exposure compensation (page 70).

No battery has enough power for Ixus 55

Have you tried cleaning the battery contacts in the camera first with a pencil eraser, and then with a cotton swab lightly dampened with rubbing alcohol.

Canon rebel xt 1. image looks blury in eye

1. The viewfinder's diopter is probably out of focus (doesn't affect Auto Focus of photos). There's a dial and a +/- symbol next to the viewfinder. Turn the dial till you can see clearly through it. Alternative reason: The glass in the viewfinder is dirty/foggy. Use camera cleaning solution (a drop) on a cotton bud to clean it.

2. Malfunction needs Canon Service Centre to take a look at.

Not so clear coming from the camera

what mode are you in ? try auto mode for starters. its entirely possible that the mode of the camera has shifted from auto to TV or P mode, and the base settings are making things fuzzy.

My Pwershot SD450 will not take photos in low or interior light.

I hope that you have selected "flash on". Try first on at all times;and then flash AUTO.
ISO at 400 or 800
Does it flash when you take a picture ?
If not, and it is selected to flash, then the capacitor or bulb needs replacing.
