Question about Dryers
If you put the leads back, can you still measure a voltage between the heating terminal leads?
you could just be measuring a stray voltage...
if there is still 65 volts, the heat setting could have been low and it should be heating.
if you have a current meter, you can us it to measure the current being drawn by the heating element.
