Hi' Sir '' the video graphic cards and DDR 128 Ram are usually plug and play, just install to any selected slots and if you have the DVI TV OUT installer , when windows starts insert CD installer then follow command and install driver.
Hello rdrhomesite0, You can download latest driver for GeForce FX 5200 fully compatible with Windows Vista, Xp. Click save driver to your computer, install the driver, don't forget to restart the computer. Here is the link.
Copy and paste link into your browser and press enter.
Well running vista on nvidia 5200 and expect for performance is nothing but a dream. If you are a gamer, you shoud REALLY get a new graphic board...an nvidia 8600 could help you.the rest of the configuration is great for running vista and play most of the games(with a new graphic board).
IF you don't need another graphic board and you don't play demanding games, the video driver could be your enemy... here is a site where you could download a GOOD driver www.Guru3d.com
The only time that this can happen is if the driver is not installed correctly, as on install you are normally asked if you want to activate support for dual monitors, so if you havent already, uninstall the card driver, restart and install driver again from the cd or from the NVIDIA website.
If you have already tried this my apologies.
