Question about Sunlight Supply 400 Watt Hps Sunsystem I Sun Gro Plant Grow Light
I was recently moving my ballast and the power cord that goes into the hood unplugged while the power was on and then I plugged it back in while it was on and now the light wont come back on. Did I blow the bulb or is their something else run.
More than likely , if you haven't tried it since you found it would not work after plugging it in again , it will work after it cools and will restart the lamp . The ballst is designed not to restart right away to protect the components and bulb . Usually after about 10 mins of killing the power or turning off the switch or timer and reconnecting the cord , the fixture will work again . Try that ! John

YES THE POWER BEING SHUT OFF THEN ON WITHOUT THE LIGHT SWITCH BEING INTHE OFF POSITION BLEW YOUR LIGHT BULB. IT COULDN'T BE ANYTHING ELSE UNLESS YOUR CORD HAS A FUSE. CORDS WITHA FUSE ARE FAT AND ODDLEY SHAPED AT THE END U PLUG INTO THE LIGHT.
