Is it whole unit of supply caused problem? or which part exactly?
Is the supply with adapter? or internal problem?
Problem is not stated clearly.
If you meant, the supply is the adapter format unit AND if it is LCD or LED, you can get another one from eBay or other online shops easily.
Otherwise, you can replace either internal parts or a power outlet part by simple soldering.

Monitor flicers when starting up takes 15 minutes bbefor it comes on. monitor aprox 3 yrs old

This a common problem in the Samsung line, there are usually bad capacitors in the power supply and inverter board. They tend to bulge slightly at the top indicating an open situation, your description is typical of one or two bad caps in the power supply section that need to be replaced.

Samsung syncmaster 203b problem

This is a typical symptom of a failure of the capacitors on the power supply board. When the filter capacitors go bad the power supply can not start up correctly so you get flickering or even no display. You can repair this unit by replacing the bad capacitors and a fuse on the power supply. This is an easy repair, it just requires a little soldering. Here is a lin to additional information on which capacitors need to be replace and also here is a picture of the power supply board with the capacitors and fuse circled.

Has power but won't turn on

Make sure that it does the same with other PC first.
You may have problem in the power supply section, look for bad caps first, the problem can also be bad lamps (I had to fix one today with bad lamps assembly). This unit is really hard to disassemble, the switch assembly is attached to the front section, so be REAL careful when the front and the back section come apart, see pictures here:

My laptops screen does not come on even though the unit powers up,i have tried another screen, and tried using external monitor, neither worked, the lights by power button also don;t light.

Did you check the power supply? They go bad and if you get no power, nothing else will work. You can check the power supply by plugging the unit into an outlet and then using a volt-ohm meter measuring the voltage at the cylinder which normally plugs into the computer. If there is no voltage (DC) present, then the supply is bad. You can get a replacement online or at the place you purchased the unit.

My samsung syncmaster 732NW moniter doesn't gives the display. the ligth in the power button at right bottom corner only blinks, please help me!!

First place to look will be the power supply section, see if it has bad caps (bulging top), check to see if you have 12~18vdc feeding the inverter circuits, see example of failed SAMSUNG monitors due to bad caps:

No Lights, No Power

Hi, it sound like that your monitor is totally dead. You can also try replacing the power cable just for us to know the caused of that issue. and after replacing the power cable it only means that the power supply of that monitor is not functioning well. You can take that monitor to the nearest service center in your area or call your monitor vendor for service.

You don't really need to replace the power supply, you can repair it by replacing the bad capacitors. I've done it to 2 Nec monitors and it works. However I do not believe its you power supply because you are getting the power on light.
