Need help wiht my pc and printer

This can be resolved by installing and scanning the computer using Norton 360.

After downloading Norton 360 double click on the installation file and follow on screen instruction to install the file.
Click on skip if it ask for product key.
After installing Norton 360 open Norton 360 and click on live Update to download latest virus definition on to your computer. This will helps norton to find and heal the up to date virus.

After running live update perform complete system scan using Norton.

Note:

• Uninstall existing Antivirus on your computer before installing Norton 360.
• Your system performance will be little low for about 7 to 10 days after installing Norton, after this period it will become Normal.
• This is trial version which will provide you 30 days validity but even 1 year subscription does the same task. You can install whatever antivirus if you wish to switch over.

1. Download Norton removal and Run it from the below link to do clean uninstallation.

2. Download Norton 360 3.0 version and run it from the below link to do a clean installation.

If you click Start then Control Panel then Programmes and Feature, look down the list until you see Symantec Norton 360. Select uninstall.
That will remove all of 360 but if it is not there, it has been deleted and not uninstalled. Re install the programme and uninstall it as per my instructions.

Uninstall and re-install it allover again. But to completely uninstall it. Do the following:

Step 1: Click on RUN in your start menu

Step 2: Type REGEDIT (Registry Editor)

Step 3: Click on the arrow beside HKEY_LOCAL MACHINE, then click on SOFTWARE and Delete Norton 360

Note: Doing this frees up space on your system for the next installation.

then restart and if you insist on using 360 install again

Yes you must uninstall old AV program before installing a new one.

Try to uninstall your norton anti virus and reinstall your lexmark printer driver. Some anti virus may delete unwanted applications..thank you

Yes you can load norton 360 on your new pc. If you have all the license codes, just remove the trial version from your new pc and installed the full version of 360. To uninstall you can either go to control panel -> add remove programs and select the nortan trial software. Or you can find an installation's link under the program list. Hope this helps.
