Hi,

Try to disconnect the wirless kb & mouse then uninstall completely. Likewise remove all entries of the Logitech wireless kb & mouse in your registry. Reboot your PC and do a complete Disk Cleanup. In your Device Manager, verify that it no longer shows even under the "Show Hidden Devices". Reboot again and reinstall.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.

Thank you for using FixYa.

Computer is nit responding to any demands

if its a wireless mouse and keyboard make sure the batteries are securely seated and fully charged the battery panel should be on the underside of your mouse keyboard as would be the on off switch

click start control panel keyboard hardware make sure the right type of keyboard is selected

click start control panel keyboard hardware troubleshoot or click start control panel administration tools computer management device manager scroll to keyboard you could see a yellow question/exclamation mark ? ! or red X a new driver will need to be installed

right click to install drivers

I can't get my keboard to work, logitech mx3200. I have tried new batterries. Tried Ctrl Alt F12 twice - then the red buttons to reset. Then the escape key. I gave up on thecordless mouse...

Hi. Try the troubleshooting on the following page:

http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9068/section/troubleshoot/crid/433/lt_product_id/140/tabs/1,3,2,5/cl/us,en/kw/

If this does not fix it, you may be able to get the remote replaced by Logitech, so I would try giving them a call.

My cordless mouse won't respond.

(Assuming that everything is plugged in, and the port has not been disabled.)
  1. If there is a "connect" button on the part tha conects to your PC press it.
  2. if there is an on/off switch on your mouse set it to off then after a pause to on.
  3. if there is a "connect" or "reset" button on your mouse press it
If this does not work then search the manufacturer's site.

My bluetooth connection for my wireless mouse and my wireless keyboard stopped working. What Can I do about that?

Have you checked the following:

1. Are the batteries OK (NEW)?
2. Have you restarted your computer?
3. Is the Bluetooth (in your computer - i.e., came with it) or are you using an add on bluetooth?
  • If it is an added bluetooth, have you tried, swapping the USB port that it is plugged into and then restarting your computer.
Let me know how you get on. Please rate. Regards,

My keyboard has just stopped working - it's cordless - how do i connect it again

Hi,
I suggest that you try to do the bind process again.
Remove the keyboard batteries for 15 to 20 seconds. Reinstall the batteries, and reattempt the bind procedure.
