How can I put my onkyo pa 7sd in aux

To switch your Onkyo PA 7SD amplifier to the auxiliary (AUX) input, follow these steps:
  1. Locate the input selector: Look for the input selector knob or button on the front panel of the amplifier. It is usually labeled with various input options such as "AUX," "CD," "Tuner," etc.
  2. Turn on the amplifier: Ensure that the amplifier is turned on by pressing the power button or flipping the power switch.
  3. Select the AUX input: Rotate the input selector knob or press the corresponding input button to choose the AUX input. The label "AUX" should be indicated on the display or selector knob.
  4. Connect your device: Connect the audio output of your desired device (e.g., smartphone, MP3 player, or external audio source) to the AUX input on the back panel of the amplifier. Use an appropriate audio cable (e.g., RCA or 3.5mm) depending on the available input/output ports.
  5. Adjust the volume: Once you have selected the AUX input, adjust the volume knob on the amplifier to your desired listening level. You should now be able to hear the audio from your connected device through the amplifier.

What type of plug is on alexa's auxillary output

Aux Input and Echo Devices
Aux input requires a 3.5mm auxiliary cable and a device with aux output capabilities. You may recognize the aux cable as the same type of plug that comes on a standard pair of headphones. An aux input amplifies audio from the output source.

I have the kenwood kdc-mpv622 and trying to switch to AUX. I have the AV to AUX cord set up and plugged into my phone. I press the SRC button but only "Tuner" and "All Off" are options. Help?

According to the manual, the aux input for the mpv622 is an optional accessory. If it's installed, you select the aux input by pressing the [SRC] button. Select the AUX/AUX1 display. Then press the [DISP] button for two seconds. The selected input blinks. Press the ? or ? to change the input setting.

http://a248.e.akamai.net/pix.crutchfield.com/Manuals/099/099CD3000.PDF

the Installation manual begins at page 65

The first wiring description is on Page 70, and the full wiring diagram for the deck is on Page 72

I hope that helps.

Auxillery in question

yes you can hook up your mp3 to an aux input on a stereo not sure what you mean by converter typically it is done through a 3.5mm - 3.5mm standard audio cable. and in order to do this your reciever must have an aux input of course and if so then you can toggle the mode of input by pressing the Mode or button that switches from radio to cd etc or consult with your users manual to find out how to switch and if aux input method is supported

Mp3 to aux input

Try putting the unit in standby via the "SRC" button FIRST..., then press the menu button and cycle through to the "AUX 1" option and activate this....then press menu button again. When the unit is next switched on, you should have an "AUX" option accessible via the "SRC" button which will cycle through all of the availale modes ....standby-tuner-cd-aux etc etc.
