Touch screen is not working. Can u plz provide me suggestion?

I'm dropping in to let you know that Motorola is still investigating the problems some of you are having with the touchscreen. Getting to the root of a problem like this can be very difficult because there are a variety of things that could be the potential cause.
Some of you may have seen the touchscreen behaving strangely because of the way you are holding the phone. Please make sure you aren't touching the screen in two places when gripping the phone. If you are trying to register a touch and another part of your hand (or your sleeve even) is also touching the screen it won't work!
If this turns out to be a software issue, it can be fix via an OTA update. For now, completely turn off your Motorola and then power it up. This typically stops any strange touchscreen behavior.
Lastly, a small percentage of you probably have hardware issues. This is likely the case if entire areas of your screen have become permanently unresponsive. In this case, view the warranty details in motorola Help Center and contact Motorola for support.

Touch screen not responding

Double check at the back of the phone if the LDI (liquid damage indicator) is white. If it's red; phone has been liquid damaged. If white, try to master reset phone. then powercycle it. Retest if phone works, if not contact your service provider for other options and for more troubleshooting process for your phone, if it needed to be exchanged or not.

Screen Alignment of Motorola E6 not responding at Bottom right

there's two possibility, which for ur case i suppose, a simple format will help. Format ur phone (soft format goes with -- factory setting) which i remind you, it will erase all your data, back up ur datas to computer first or to ur memory card, and ur phone book to simcard or to pc, anywhere u want. the hard format-- u must go to technician after the soft format fail.

if the two format doesn't help at all, that means ur touchscreen surface is having problem, bring it to technician to get it fixed.

hope u get lucky by just formating - cost u nothing.Gud luck
