    Ye, it does
    At least partially.
I've got 4 GB RAM, after installation PC shows only 3.23 GB.

Is it a MB limitation or...?

    Thanks

Hmmm, my MOBO is also an E210882, and I also want to upgrade from 1gb of ram to 4gb (or at least 2gb).

The reason for my comment though is that the ram that I currently have in is 2 * 512mb chips - they are not DDR, but actually 533 MHz DDR2. I am therefore assuming I can replace these with DDR2 ram, just not sure if I can go higher than 533 MHz though?

I have had my PC with this MOBO and ram configuration for 3 years so far. Recently my machine started crashing a lot (wont stay up for more than 5 mins recently), so thinking it may be a ram issue as I have completely wiped and reinstalled XP with no success.

Actually xp will only show up that much and is only limited to that much if you use vista you can go up to 8-16 gig and it shows!!!

Trouble using XP is this problem!!

Yes sometimes if your MOBO is showing a lower amount of ram instead of displaying $gig that can be resolve by a BIOS update but if its still not resolve by a BIOS update the MOBO has some problem on the memory slot or its a limitation of the MOBO ...

    Hope that helps.......

I have a G41T-AD motherboard i installed 4GB of RAM in it on wednesday and since then it keeps blue screening saying to check my hardware is there anything that i can do for this issue

Test the Ram dimms, one at a time. It sounds like you may have a bad module. Carefully reseat each one. And ground yourself to avoid static electricity.

I need RAM for an Intel E210882 D865GBF motherboard (DIMM, single notch more or less in the middle of the board). What do I need?

It appears your board was manufactured sometime around 2003.
It has supported front side bus speed of 800, 533, and 400 MHz, and has a capacity of up to 4GB Dual Channel DDR 400 MHz (PC3200), 333 MHz (PC2700), and 266 MHz (PC2100).

Note: Be sure to review important memory and system bus speed considerations before using this desktop board
Hope this helps.

I want to upgrade my ram for my pc...atmost to how much i can upgrade and in each slot individually how much capacity of ram it supports ...my motherboard is 915glvg

i would like to inform you that *********** board supports upto 4 gb ram and 2 gb in 2 slots will be the best combination but depends on the OS you are using if its 32 bit XP or Vista it wont accept more than 3 gb so if you wish to use your system in full throttle mode upgrade you r OS to 64 bit XP or Vista and enjoy all 4gb standards that you actually wish to but even 3 gb is like playing with wild fire that will be really too fast processing speed and thrilling performance that you expect.

thanks and regards

It appears to support either PC2700 or PC3200 DDR memory. (The PC3200 is faster).
