Use your up-to-date Anti Virus software to run a FULL scan, delete ALL results, reboot normally. First you can get more information from the POST beep. (Power-on self-test (POST)). Using another PC from a friend or work search for this list on line. If you get one long beep there is an issue with the main board. Try taking out the memory and reseating each card. Also make sure the power connections to the mother board are good and tight.
