When i dial a phone number from my contacts list it puts +86 in front of the number and wont connect

Hello, +86 is the extension to call in China!
You probably have to change your country code's setting for outgoing calls,
Can you check you rsettings here:
- Open Phone Log Screen
- Click menu "Options".
- Click Smart Dial;

And in general all your outgoing call settings related to region
Hope this helps

You have your phone set to hide your caller identification.
Go to Menu -> Settings (4th tab) -> Call settings -> Common setting -> Send my number
Select on to show your number to the people you call.
