i will give you some certain recommendations that you have to do:

The code is possibly 3184....If not try 5024....But first you will have
to "unlock" your radio..Do this as follows : press AS plus the ON
button at the same time and leave it on undisturbed for at least a
couple of hours* see note below ....(don`t press any other buttons
    !)...
After a couple of hours (or more) just enter the code , press AS
again (you should hear a "beep") and all should be OK. However if the
radio switches itself off automatically after an hour or so , and it is
still locked then you are going to have to take it out of the dashboard
and wire it up via the ISO socket at the rear to a battery (plus
connect a speaker) and repeat the above. (AS plus ON together then
leave for at least 11 hours. )
This normally works + should then reset
it. ...*note: The length of time to leave it switched on depends on how
many previous incorrect codes have been entered. If it was 10 , then
the time will be 640minutes (nearly 11 hours). Please post back here
    whether successful or not..Good luck

Just let me know here again...

    With key in off position:

    • Press and hold the "M"
      button on radio.

    • While holding "M"
button turn key on and turn on radio.

    • Radio serial# should
      show on display.

    • Write this number down.

    • You should double check your radio serial number for
accuracy, as incorrect number will delay your radio code
      retrieval process!

NOTE: CODE RETRIEVAL NEEDS THE SERIAL NUMBER OF THE UNIT..

Radio tuning

PIONEER VSX-D903S - A/V Receiver
PIONEER CU-VSX079 - Remote

Here's the basics: Make sure your receiver is in the Tuner mode, by selecting Tuner on either the remote (grey button), on the receiver, or from the GUI menu. (The display will also show TUNER.) There are a couple of different ways to tune a station. One method is with the remote. Use the Band button on the remote (or via the GUI display), or the FM/AM button on the receiver, to select the frequency type. Use the Freq/Ch buttons on the remote to tune, the number buttons for presets (30 presets total. Examples: Preset 5, simply press 5; Preset 15, enter 5-5; Preset 25, enter 5-5-5). You can also use the on-screen GUI menu and the remote to tune stations, using the lower grey buttons. If you want to tune directly, via the receiver, press Select, to switch between frequency tuning and presets (displays ST CALL) mode. Use the Multi-Jog dial to make your selection in either mode. The easiest way to program a station into a preset is to use the onscreen GUI menu. [NOTE: The GUI mode (TV Monitor Video Out, composite video) is active when an amber (orange) ring glows around the Multi-Jog dial (the GUI button on the receiver will also glow simultaneously). Use the remote lower grey buttons, or use the Multi-Jog dial and Select, to move the cursor and select commands on the TV. This A/V Receiver handles composite video/S-video, and Stereo/Dolby 3-Channel/Dolby Pro-Logic audio only. (Pre-ATSC/HD video, Pre-Dolby Digital/DTS multi-channel surround audio)]

Help with fm presets

I'm not sure on this particular model, but often if there are seperate buttons for the station presets you just tune to the required station and hold the preset button you want in until you hear a beep - then the station is memorized in that preset.

However in this case the preset up/down and enter/memory buttons are used - the manual is available here:

http://www.sherwoodusa.com/cc_manuals.html

and full instructions for setting presets both automatically and manually are on pages 35/36.
