boot in safe mode keep hitting f-8 key while booting when in safe mode delete all video drivers that are not used make sure your hard ware drivers are installed for board,should work after 1st try if not reboot in safe repeat steps,good luck!!

Are you good with computers?...asking so's not to insult you with Q:s...if you havent done so try the WINDOWS UPDATE located INTERNET EXPLORER ,TOOLS tab then choose "windows update" from the scroll list and do CUSTOM as you will need to check for hardware change updates in your system that windows update dosent find important...the most common hardware updates are ONBORAD graphics, sound and nic (network interface card) and also roms...giv it a go...
