Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
Make sure the scanner software is installed properly, check it under device manager, Right click on Mycomputer icon>Properties>Hardware tab>Device manager then look for the scanner probably its not install properly there, if you see the scanner with a exclamation mark right click on it then click on update driver and manually browse for the driver of the scanner and that should fix this problem...
