No.  You need to look at the model of your board properly and look up that manual online if you don't have it with you; at least look at other boards by the same maker!  Better connect a muted speaker though, because once you do connect it it will beep out a BIOS beep code for you to look up.
Seriously, if it's in pieces for other reason than that it's broken, what do you expect of people?

ABOUT THE CONNECTION DIAGRAM OF power sw,HDD led, reset sw,

Does the computer power up when you press the power button? Does it boot successfully?

The things you are talking about are just led lights and really don't effect anything other than just being indicators, so tinker with them until you get it right.

The main thing is that you have the main power from the power supply int the socket on the board, the cables and powers that go to the back of your Hard Drive, etc. are in the correct place.

If you look closely at the things you are talking about there are labels that tell what goes where near the prongs or pins. The Power indicater might be something like PWR. Reset might be RST and the Hard Drive might be HDD. Just play around with them, because they are just indicators. If you system is not booting it's not because of them.

> power led,

Runs to the LED (Light Emitting Diode) labelled "power" on the front of your computer-case

> H.D.D led,

Runs to the front-panel LED that lights-up whenever the Hard Disk Drive is being used.

> reset sw,

Runs to the "reset" button on the front panel.

> speaker

Runs to the internal speaker

> s/b sw

Very briefly touch a metal-tip screwdriver between these 2 pins.
If the computer powers-on, you've found the "power" connector.

Configuration

Hi

The wires that read +5 -d +d and ground those are USB connectors each usb connector will have 4 wires, +5 -d +d and ground so that goes to usb pins.

The sw must be power switch
The HDD led is the load light
Reset is the reset button
Power led is the front power light
SPK is the speaker / beeper.

Can you tell me the brand and model of the motherboard? They are documented in the user manual. but generally in the bottom right corner of the motherboard you have the connectors for the leds and buttons, its all written into the motherboard with small white text. but I can get clear instructions from the user manual for you.

You can look for the motherboard details between the expansion slots and between the cpu and memory.

Thanks,
Ekse
