No. You need to look at the model of your board properly and look up that manual online if you don't have it with you; at least look at other boards by the same maker! Better connect a muted speaker though, because once you do connect it it will beep out a BIOS beep code for you to look up.
Seriously, if it's in pieces for other reason than that it's broken, what do you expect of people?
