Question about Toshiba Satellite A65-S1065 Notebook
My laptop is old but I got it for my 16th birthday so I really need help, Everytime I turn it on it doesn't show the windows xp on it like it should and it gets overheated any suggestions?
You can do power cycle on the laptop. turn off the comptuer. unplug the ac adapter and remove the battery pack. press and hold the power button for 10 secs to drain all excess power on the computer. put in back the battery and ac adapter. if it doesn't help, do recovery. if your computer is overheating, visit one of the service centers of toshiba to check the cooling module and system board. just make sure that you're still under warranty because if not then you're gonna be charged for the diagnosis and repair of the laptop.
i hope this info helps you.
