It is due to the problem related with CIS. Pl. check the cis cable/cis and its home position sesor ,its a plasti strip white color just above the cis home position and its attached to the platen glss.

Hello, E225 is a clasic error for scaner sensor. U need to check the flat cable and its connecting points. If there is no fault there you need to replace the scanner sensor (CIS)

Try this With the Printer On:press and hold the Stop/Reset button for a full 6 seconds. Release the button. Restart the Printer and try to print again.
