Hi there! Welcome to FixYa!
If you are using Windows 7 you can use the keyboard shortcut (windows button + P). Then select Projector Only. Works with any type of external display (VGA or HDMI)
Just let me know if you are using a different OS.

I have two discs stuck in my wii, what should I do

If they aren't ejecting out like normal youl need to either
A: purchase a triwing screwdriver (special screwdriver, you can get one on ebay) and take the console apart to retrieve the disk.
(there are lots of videos and walk thru's if you do a google search for "disassemble wii" you'd end up removing a bunch of screws, popping the plastic shell open, pushing the disks out, and putting it back together)

or

B: send it to someone who repairs them to have them remove the disc. or call Nintendo to have them do it instead

either way,
~good luck!

Trying to reprogram my toshiba tv into the dish network remote. Code says 0156 and to drop the leading zero, but still doesn't work. Any ideas?

Hello!!! You may have already found the correct code by now, but I do have some steps here that can help you out if you haven't, or if you have another remote and tv you would like to program in the future. The link below will walk you through a power scan, where the remote will scan the codes on the tv for the correct one for the remote. It sounds like a long process, but it is actually very quick and efficient!

I also added a link (below) which walks you through programming the remote to the tv using codes instead of the power scan. Both are equally efficient. I wanted you to have access to all of the codes as well, in case you did not like the idea of the power scan.

I want to disable end proccess option fora particular procces on my machine through VC++ code

depends, do you want it to "exit gracefully", or forcibly shut it down immediately?

To exit gracefully, you use the ExitProcess winapi call. To -kill it immediately, use TerminateProcess winapi call.

For both calls you need the process handler which may be obtained by walking the existing processes on the system

here's an example of just using exitprocess / terminateprocess
http://promo.bigpond.com/homenetwork/html_new.php

here's a more in depth example that actually walks the process list so you can kill the process by "name" instead of by process id:

Hitachi 43fdx01b Cleaning

No such thing as easy on this set. Get ready to expend a bit of labor to get the job done right. Use caution on the optics of your set as there are many mirrors and lenses that are polycarbonate instead of glass.....accordianman

Programming the directv remote to program a sony audio receiver

Go through the process of setting up the remote again instead of trying the volume first use the power off button. In my experience, Sony receivers can be picky and power cycling "will" insure the code set, then try the volume.
