The 2350 has no fonts resident in the printer. It only prints dots that the program tells it to. Try printing from another application/program. Maybe a picture. If that looks OK, the problem is with your word processor or whatever application you are printing words from. If the picture is small too, check your printer driver settings to see if you have anything fancy set like N-up.

How can I make my print largsr so I can read it?

What are you printing from? If you are printing something that you typed or created from Microsoft Word for example, then just change the font. You can highlight your text and change the font size, or you can change the font size before you start typing the document.

If you are talking about changing the font size on something someone else created it might not be possible.

The printing has become so small that I cannot read it, evan with a magnifying glass. pleas make you answer easy, I am 84, female.not a wiz kid1

If you are printing a document from Word or Wordpad or some other word processing program, then you just need to adjust the FONT SIZE in your settings.

In your word processing program you should have a toolbar at the top of the screen with options like FILE, or EDIT, or VIEW, or FORMAT.

Select the FORMAT option, then click on the FONT option in that menu.

Then you should see a screen with lots of different font options. Go over to the SIZE column and pick a larger number in the list than the one currently highlighted ( 18 is probaby plenty big enough ).

Then click on OK.

Now try typing something on the page and printing it out and see if it's a better size.

Good luck.

I have a photosmart 4650...when I print from a web page, the print is so small I cant read it. How do I change the font size?

Best Answer -
That entirely depends on what you are printing. A printerwill only produce what it is given.

If you are printing your own document then you change the font in the documentbefore printing or select the font before you start.

However I suspect the reason you are asking this is because you are printing apdf document from the internet. In which case the font is fixed.

If so, then you will have to copy and paste the document in to a word processorlike Word, highlight it all and the increase the font. You will then have toreformat the whole document as the increased font will throw the orginalformatting all out of line.

When you have straightened it all up then print it off.
ALTERNATIVELY, if you are printing on ordinary web page then you need to follow the below instruction
Instructions
1. 1 Go to theweb page that you want to print and right-click it. Click "PrintPreview." If you want to print part of the page, highlight the contentthat you want to print and right-click the selection. Click "PrintPreview." 2. 2 Click the "Page Setup" icon located onthe top of the Print Preview window to launch the Page Setup dialog box. Click"Change Font." 3. 3 Select the font you want to use in the"Size" window. If you want to change the font type, make yourselection in the "Font" window. Click "OK" to save thechanges and click "OK" again. 4. 4 Turn on your printer if it is not on. Click the"Print" icon on the Print Preview window to print your web page.

Prints out letters too small to read.

this is a very general question, since each program may have a slightly different varition of how to set the font size.  fortunately, most third party vendors set the font in their programs, the same way microsoft does in theirs.  for everything prior to Vista with word 2007, you would click on file and then select printer settings.  this sets the base font and other default printing features.  also, microsoft uses styles in some of its office products, like word for instance.  styles are likea template whch follows the same pattern for font; type face, and other enhancements like bold and italics.  if you get stuck and need more help, you can always click on help for the application you are using and type "set font" as a search string to find how to set font size for the program you are using.  basically printers do what the program tells them to do and by that i mean print letters and words in the style and font size you previosly have set.  if the letters are small, it is because the program is set to print small.  you need to set the font for every application you use.  if you want help with a specific application, please let me know what that is and i will be able to give you a more specific answer.
good luck....

How do i increase print size

Your font and font size are set up in word. Depinding what version of word you are useing as to where this option is. If you look at the top of word screen, you should see a box that lists the font and font size. If you can't find it, go to help and type change font size and it will walk you through how to change your font size.

Prints very small

The font size is going to be controlled by the program you are using. For normal word processing you would use a 10 or 12 point font.

If you are referring to printing from a browser like Internet Explorer, you can change the font from the Internet Explorer menu VIEW > TEXT SIZE > MEDIUM (normal).

Note: Internet Explorer font settings effect Outlook Express too.

Condensed printing

Is it comming out half size?
There is a paper save mode on many printers what will reduce 50 percent to put 2 images on one piece of paper,
If your printer has that feature, turn it off.
Make sure you also do a print preview before printing and see exactly how your document is set up.
There may be a simple setting in the print properties on the driver or on the Word processor program you are running that needs reset.
Something simple, I think print preview is the place your going to be able to work out this issue.
