How can I create a stereo voice over narration from a mono audio track and duplicate it onto both right and left tracks?

If you have a mono audio track. You can set the pan all the way to the left, then copy and paste that audio track onto another one, then set the pan all the way to the right. You can set the pan by right clicking on the audio file in the timeline, I forget what you have to click after. But if you can read you should be fine. Just dont click ok on anything that you dont know.
