There are some application that will do that, but have it in mind that you will loose all the application on the phone memory. The software that will unlock it will set your phone back to the factory setting. I will advise you to give your phone to an expert to do the flashing for you, or probably give it to samsung customer service center to unlock for you.
With working sim in phone, go to keypad and enter *2767*3855# and wait, this will fully reset phone so ensure you back up anything on it first, during repowering up remove battery and insert sim from other network then turn back on, phone should now be sim lock free. As always this is at your own risk. This will likely work with other Samsung phones
you can enter the hard reset code but that will delete everything on the
phone the code is *2767*3855# i haven't been able to find the password
reset for the F48. The default code for the Samsung F480 is 12345678
if you are not getting signal in some areas then your cellphone will display as "limited service" and sometimes when you come to the area where there is signal then also it display "limited service".. if so try giving "restore factory settings"("reset") the firmware might have got corrupted .. by giving the "restore factory settings"("reset") the firmware problems will be fixed ..
after you press "restore factory settings"("reset") it may ask for the "security code"("password") give that ... after you perform the reset restart your phone once ...
if you still persist the same problem then the network antenna(network pin) inside the phone is in loose contact it might not be touching the motherboard of the cell correctly so if you are good at opening then just open the handset and fix it correctly you problem will be fixed ...
