Question about EuroCave Comfort 260 Collector's Package Wine Cellar - Black
I have four identical units and three are fine. The fourth doesn't seem to be able to get the temp down below 60 degrees no matter how low I set it. The thermostat seems to work (the green light goes off above 60) as does the test button (both red and green lights go on). The only thing that I can see that is different from the other units is that on this one there is a layer of frost on the back wall of the refrigerated compartment, inside, up along where it meets the top of the unit.
Sounds like your unit is low on refrigerant gas. Too little gas causes rapid boiling of refrigerant and makes the cold spots. You'll need professional help.
