hi, please help me again, i have downloaded drivers but when i try to install them a message in a black box pops up and says ERROR;the drive you are unpacking to is write protected. and then it does nothing!! what have i done to it now.....lol. many thanks for your time Liz.

It sounds like you may not have administrator right on the computer. What type of O.S are you using and how are you tryin to install the drivers?
