Hi
i unplugged the power and after plugging it in again the message was gone

SOURCE: error message displays Check Printer (5200)

First power it down and wait for about 90secs.If the problem is noticed only when it receives signal from the system to print, the cartridge(s) is bad and should be replaced. If the flashing starts as soon as the printer is powered and remains persistent the cartridge(s), carriage and/or the optical cable(film) are faulty and should be checked. Good luck

Error 5200 indicates that the print head temperature has exceeded the specified value. Turn off the printer and then turn on if error still persist replace Ink cartridge or print head.

Hi am getting 5200 error on canon pixma 130. nothing works:(


That's a printhead temperature error, it means you need a new printhead. The part number is stamped on the side.
