This can be cause by some dirt or spill inside the machine , so the first thing to do here is to make sure the mchaione is clean and it dry and free from spill, If you can try to open the machine and blow air on it that will also help......

Hope that helps...........

Try replacing the toner and print some blank page, if the problem persist it can be a drum problem, the scan sensor is dirty or defective, or the unit must be taken apart and cleaned internally.

If still the issue persist then the issue is with the tonner head.

Did you change the tonner lately.

Is the tonner branded of the original make.

    Clean the tonner...

    Manually Cleaning Inside the Printer

Unplug the printer from the surge suppressor.
    Remove the internal paper trays.
Remove the toner cartridge and place it on a piece of scrap paper.
Clean inside the toner cavity with a dry, lint-free cloth and brush (if a brush is supplied with the printer).
Clean the printer mirror gently with the brush. Don't touch the mirror if a brush isn't provided.
Wipe away dust and spilled toner. Remove paper fragments.
Clean the rollers, but don't touch the sponge roller.
    Replace the toner cartridge.

Here is a list of possibilities.

2. The laser scanner lens is dirty on one side

3. Look in the bottom of the machine and locate any mirrors and clean with a dry soft cloth.
You will need to remove the drum and toner to do this.

Recieve the fax and print the pages well. But, when I send the fax to other fax it prints two black lines on the right side.

Hello,

The problem should be from the printer fuser assembly, the other party will need to replace there fuser assembly on there printer, once that is done, the problem should be fix.

Take care.

Not good! It sounds like you have a bad scanner assembly. Make a copy of something and you probably will see the same result.
