I have two problems. One I cannot access changing the time etc. That screen will not show when I go through SETUP. How do I change? Secondly, I have a DVD player hooked up to my Olivia TV. How do I get it to play? Do I access a particular channel or what? No mention of how in the Olivia or DVD manuals. I have a Model 232T HDTV

You can access the set up mode menu if you have the TV mode.
The DVD should be hook up to the TV using A/V inputs using yellow, red and white cables and select A/V 1 or any other input where the cables are connected to.

If you are unable to get video when connecting the DVD player using the Yellow, Red and white cables then is more likely that your LCD might be defective. I would suggest to call the manufacturers for additional technical support and if your LCD is less then a year old ask them to fix it under warranty.

The instructions to set the time and date should be there. Click here to download the user's guide for a 237T HDTV and see if page # 57 will help you. The model number is different, the set up options are the same.

You can also do a factory default and start with the initial set up again. See Page # 59.

Cant access bios to change boot order to reuinstall windows 7

Boot the computer and watch the screen. It will tell you what key to hit to get into the Bios or System Setup. You have to hit the key when you see the message or it won't work and you will have to restart.

It also shows you which key to hit to change the Boot Sequence or Boot Order. But you have to hit the key when the message appears on the screen or it won't work and you'll have to reboot. This is a temporary 1 time change for the current boot cycle. When you change it in the Bios or System Setup it's a permanent change.

HI>> This problem started a few days ago. When I turn on the computer, it does not show the logging page, instead a screen comes up saying that REAL TIME CLOCK batteries are low or ONBOARD BATTERY...

Hello,
Your PC should not crash from this issue. Your PC motherboard has a small (usually watch size) battery on it that provides power for the clock, and basic I/O settings, such as boot options, disk drives etc... The battery is pretty easy to replace, just open the case and you will see the battery held in a little socket. Make sure to turn PC off and properly ground yourself by using a static wrist band or leaning one arm over the power supply while taking the battery out. Take the battery and go to your local RadioShack, The Source, London Drugs etc.. and show them the battery. It should be a pretty common battery such as a CR2032 or CR2025 etc..
Once you replace the battery go into the BIOS by pressing F2, ESC, or DEL (which ever command shows on your screen for Bios Setup, System setup etc).. Change the clock to read the current time and exit, saving changes. You should not get this error for a long time as these batteries last much like a watch would.
If you don't change the battery, it won't crash your PC, but will eventually annoy you enough to replace it :)
Regards, Chris

How do i change the time

The time and date are programmed through system programming. A 4015 phone cannot do this programming. A 4150 phone setup as a subattendant phone with the "attendant setup time/date" class of service option enabled for the 4150's class of service can change the system time and date. This is accessed through the LCD touch screen keys of the 4150. Scroll through the options in the screen until you find set time /date.
Also an attendant console with the "attendant setup time/date" class of service option enabled for its class of service can change the time and date. Press the function button then choose attendant function.
Choose set time. Enter the time in four digits as in 0800 for 8:00. Choose PM if needed. Choose set.
Choose exit to finish.

Date & Time Problem

First, you need to have administrative rights to change date and time.
Check whether you are part of admin group or not. To check click on start and click on run, type "control userpasswords2" and hit enter. It will display user information, make sure you are part of administrators group. If not, try logging from administrator and run the same command
"control userpasswords2" and click on your user name and click on properties, go to to group membership tab and select others and then select administrators. This will make you part of administrators group. If this doesnt solves you problem try the CMOS Settings.

Try changing the date & time from CMOS settings. To go to CMOS Setup, restart the system and there will be options highlited to go to setup.. ( eg press F10 Steup ) and play around only date and time setup. Rest if not known to you, do not change anything.

What is standard timings in degees? want to detune engine

hi,might be able to help, firstly you wont be able to change the timing, the timing is preset on the pickup plate and is not adjustable, secondly ,the advance/****** feature of the timing is controlled by the cdi unit and once again not adjustable, the only  way i can think of to detune the bike would be through the carb setup, going to smaller jets etc but if it is injected, then remapping the fuel system would be the other way, hope this helps..cheers

Access BIOS

Oh, you can see it in the splash screen. The screen where the 'Compaq' logo shows up has the keys to what goes where. See the bottom of the screen.

See 'Setup' etc. If it doesn't show up (doesn't in mine, as my monitor starts late), then start it up and then reboot. The monitor doesn't switch off here. So, you can see it.

Press (F1) to resume, (F10) to setup

I need a bit more info to try to give you an accurate solution

Does the screen change after you press "F1" ?

Do you have access to an external keyboard, if so try plugging that in while the computer is off and then using that to press "F1"
