no signal means the software inside the parrot has crashed, you will need to remove the main control box and update the software but you will need an update cable, this can not be done via bluetooth. try parrot.com and look for yor nearest engineer or dealer
you will need a software update, this can only be done using a computer and the correct parrot update cable, i would contact your nearest parrot accredited installer by looking at parrot web site.
you will need to have the latest software installed into your parrot, you will need a laptop and bluetooth connection, then go to parrot web site and download latest software. If you are in doubt you can find a parrot accredited installer who will do this for you on parrot web site.
