How to wash

Crystal should be washed with mild soap (like Ivory) and lukewarm water.

1. Line the bottom of your sink with a couple of dish towels.
2. Fill with lukewarm water and add *mild* dishwashing liquid.
3. Wash one item at a time.
4. Rinse with solution of lukewarm water and vinegar, 3:1 ratio.
5. Dry with soft cotton or linen cloth.

Items will spot if allowed to air dry.

The soap tray fills with water at the back conditioner section on every run (no matter which programme) and does not drain, so I have to manually remove it and empty it after every load. I also think this...

Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out and then pressing down the yellow part on the back of the drawer. Clean the drawer fully by hand in a washing up bowl using a mild detergent. Detach the yellow part from the grey part by turning it upside down and push in the clips gently. Clean the yellow part thoroughly. Put the yellow part back on - it just clicks back in place, and push your detergent drawer back in. Do an empty cotton wash at 85C (with no washing powder) to sanitise your machine.

I have found that using a l/4scoop of oxi cleaner any brand will do along with my regular wash detergent helps keep the odor under control . I leave my door open to the washer when not in use. Occasionally I will clean under the gasket with a mild cleaner. Remember the front loaders use less water and therefor less detergent. Good luck.

Washer is not cleaning clothes and the grey rubber seal in turning black

The "black" is normal domestic mildew. When you finish with the washing machine, leave the door ajar for a time (an hour is usually enough) so that the machine atmosphere can clear. This simple step should stop the problem getting worse.
Gently, GENTLY cleaning the rubber with a mild bleach solution will gradually help to cut back the black. (There are also loads of off the shelf anti-mildew sprays from any major supermarket or hardware store.) Just go easy with them and remember to wash rugged old socks or whatever in the washer directly after blitzing it - nothing worse than your best shirt coming out bleached!
Can not really say why your machine is not cleaning clothes from your summary - sorry :)
Good luck

I have a Creda W200FW. The rubber packing of the front door is full of black mold and smells bad. What kind of detergent is good to get rid of them. I have moved to a renging house and the washing machine...

Hi , Bleach will get rid of the black mold and stop it coming back for a while. Don't leave it on too long as bleach has a hardening effect on rubber. If you occasionally give it a wipe with a mild bleach based cleaner it will stop it coming back.

If this is a front loader see that u use only washing powder for FRONT LOADING MACHINES. Also possible your detergent drawer is clogged with old dry detergent. Pull out the drawer and clean with tooth brush. Things shd be fine.
